SHIPPING POLICY

READY TO SHIP

 

The products that are Ready-To-Ship will be dispatched within 48-72 hours.


 

MADE TO ORDER

 

Most of our garments are made to order. we have only a few pieces readily available. The garment is made from scratch as and when an order is received. e made to order products will be dispatched within 15-20 Days from the date you place your order. We truly appreciate your patience! DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

 

 Shipping within India Delivery to major cities usually takes 1 to 3 days from the date the product is shipped.  For smaller cities and remote areas we require 3 to 5 days of delivery time. Kindly note that we will not be able to dispatch products as per schedule if there are any incomplete addresses or incorrect contact details.

 

International Shipping

 

 We do not provide international shipping as of now.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

If you wish to cancel your order please write to us at r.rareindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after this duration will not be considered.

An order once placed during our Sale Event cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

Each piece is made to order with care and attention to detail.
Since your garment is handcrafted just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds.
We’re always here to help you choose the right fit before you place your order 🤍

Feel free to reach out for sizing or styling help before placing your order.

In a rare case, your product is eligible for Return or exchange if you find that you have received an incorrect product from what you placed an order for OR if your product has a quality or manufacturing defect of any sort. You will need to notify us about this within 2 working days (48 hours) of receipt of the product and clear pictures to be reviewed. In this case we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, valid for future purchases.

  • Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all the original tags intact.

  • Returns will be processed only once the merchandise has undergone a quality check on the receipt of the garment. 

  • The return package should not be damaged or missing any item 

  • Rare holds the right to refuse any Return that does not comply with the above.

  • Please do not send any product without prior intimation. the products to be returned to the address provided in the email.

  • The cost of any exchange or return has to be borne by the customer.

 

REFUNDS

 

We do not offer refunds on purchased goods. In case of faulty items or size issues we are happy to offer a credit note or an exchange after the product is reviewed.
